We understand the value behind having a comfortable space to rest. This year, we've done the groundwork for you and partnered with The Redbury New York as well as The Holiday Inn- Chelsea for a special delegate rate.

Delegations are also free to arrange their own accommodations. Note that this reduced price is only available upon payment to NYU. If delegations would like to pay the hotel directly, there is no guarantee that the price will remain the same. Delegations interested in taking advantage of the EmpireMUNC discount should reach out to our Director of Delegate Affairs, Candice Medina at delegateaffairs@empiremunc.org. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any other inquiries.

The deadline for payment is TBA. Please note that hotel reservations are distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Delegations are welcome to still register up until the day of the conference, although you are responsible for finding your own accommodations.

Should our partner hotels, The Redbury New York & The Holiday Inn- Chelsea, prove unable to process your request due to capacity, the EmpireMUNC team will provide information on alternative arrangements via email, and work with your delegation to find a resolution.
